I was hired to create a website for Loughborough Student's Union
to match students in need of soft mental health support with student volunteers.
The Problem
CoffeeBuddies was created to address the lack of daytime mental health support for students at Loughborough Students Union.
I was hired to create the website to match users using PHP, Javascript and a MySQL database.
CoffeeBuddies was unable to launch due to indemnity insurance issues.
The code is open source and can be deployed to other univerisities or organisations, if needed.
